In the province of Arezzo, in the Municipality of Cortona, there is this authentic Tuscan stone farmhouse of the 18th century, unique of its kind, finely restored and furnished, located only 4 kilometers from the famous Tuscan hill town of Cortona; with its crowded squares, trattorias, wine bars, art galleries and a short drive from many of the famous historic cities, the best wine towns of Tuscany and Umbria Regions.
The house, on two floors, for a total area of 185 square meters, benefits from natural light thanks to the various floor to ceiling glass doors and enjoys of many other remarkable features; Roman brick arches offer an open and light planning and the walls are finished with a traditional lime that absorbs natural light. The ceilings feature exposed beams in antique wood and handmade terracotta tiles.
